Palliative care in the patient’s home
Palliative care is a very sensitive subject, and it’s an area where our compassionate and dedicated team excels. We have palliative care staff who can deliver a comprehensive package of care for individuals assessed as being at the end of their life. In addition to our standard care services, we are delighted to offer our services as support workers for clients with either disabilities or mental health issues.
